This workshop will be focussing on teaching practical ways of enhancing your mindfulness practice using constellations. Constellations are very useful for giving a lived experience of some of the more difficult to grasp concepts that are so important for an effective mindfulness practice These include but are not limited to:
- How acceptance and a nonjudgmental stance can make you more effective in the world
- How to approach difficult feelings and experiences without being overwhelmed by them
- Precise tuning into body sensations
- Developing genuine compassion for yourself and others without increasing your vulnerability to abuse.
This workshop will be presented in a way consistent with the principles of Dr Walsh’s mindfulness teaching as outlined here
